You can also work towards big and long lasting goals, but keep in mind that you should keep small and quick goals for yourself. By doing this you will feel accomplished and you will remember that you too can do something
Aim to clean your house or room once a month. You can sing and sing along while working and when your work is finished you will get the satisfaction of accomplishing your goal and feel clean.

नहीं बल्कि कुछ सीखने का अनुभव मान
कर चलने से अपने आप
को ज़्यादा उपयोगी और खुश रखने
में मदद मिलेगी।
If you are not able to accomplish that goal on time, then do not punish yourself by worrying about this. Instead, ask yourself what you learned from this experience and what new thing you will do next time to accomplish your goal. Taking this task not as a failure but as a learning experience will help to keep yourself more productive and happy.
