Do not let yourself be humiliated by others. When somebody feels the need to speak something negative about you then this is their problem, not yours.

आपका कोई अच्छे से ख्याल रख सकता है तो वह स्वयं आप है।

If you can take good care of yourself, then it is yourself.

आपके जीवन में बुरे और दुःख भरे दिन भी आएंगे और आप सब कुछ करने के बाद भी उन दिनों को संवार नहीं पाएंगे। इसमें चिंता करने वाली कोई बात नहीं है। ऐसे दिन सब के जीवन में आते हैं। उन्हें जाने दें और अपना खयाल रखें।

नीम से बालों की रूसी में उपचार Treatment of neem dander एक मुट्टी नीम के पत्तों का काढ़ा बनाकर नहाने से 1 घंटे पहले सिर पर मलने से रूसी मिट जाती है। Make a decoction of a mutt neem leaves and rub it on the head 1 hour before bathing, the dandruff disappears. नीम की निबौलियों को सुखाकर अरीठा के साथ मिलाकर बारीक पीसकर रख लें। इसे 2 चम्मच भर एक गिलास गर्म पानी में घोलकर सिर को धो लेने से सिर की जूंएं, लीखें, सिर की दुर्गन्ध खत्म हो जाती है तथा बाल काले और मुलायम होते हैं। Dry neem leaves and grind it finely after mixing it with Aritha.
